The year 13’s told us to be original so we used their advice by creating our first idea. So far we have managed to come up with a vague plot. A man was in the war in Afghanistan with his brother, until he watched his brother get brutally murdered by the enemy, which causes him to become extremely mournful and secluded in his mind. This causes a downward spiral of drug use, which leads to schizophrenia; he wants revenge on his country.
We thought we could begin our two minute clip with a short comic book start to introduce his past to the audience, until he snaps out of his nightmare and grabs for his gun by his pillow. He staggers out of bed with the gun and stumbles onto the wall next to him; symbolic functions of drug abuse are left around the messy room.
